Stroke is not only a leading cause of death and disability in the United States but also a community challenge that we can tackle together. Each year, the Minnesota Stroke Association Strides for Stroke event celebrates survivors, unites the stroke community, and supports Minnesotans affected by stroke.<\/p>\n

Strides for Stroke is more than a walk; it’s a powerful statement of solidarity, hope, and commitment to change. Whether you’re a survivor, a caregiver, or a supporter, your participation helps raise crucial awareness and funds for programs that make a real difference.<\/p>\n
No matter which venue you choose, our mission remains the same – to unite the Minnesota stroke community and support the vital services provided by the Minnesota Stroke Association. Your participation, whether in-person or online, is invaluable.<\/p>\n
Let’s stride together towards a future where every stroke is treated promptly, and where stroke rates drop year after year. Put on your walking shoes and join us in making Strides for Stroke!<\/p>\n

More than 7,750 walkers have joined us and have raised over $500,000 in donations and sponsorships!<\/p>\n
Fill out our Registration Form below to create a team, join a team, or walk as an individual. At this time, T-shirts have been pulled and assigned to teams, but we will do our best to accommodate registrations that occur after noon (12 p.m.) on Thursday, May 14. Onsite registration will begin at 9 a.m. at each walk location. A $25 donation is suggested; or take the Team Challenge<\/a><\/strong> and help us raise funds to support the services we provide those with stroke and their family members.<\/p>\n\n <\/p> \n<\/ul><\/div>\n
