Join us for Strides for Stroke in Saint Cloud at the Saint Cloud Hospital/CentraCare Health Plaza, located at CentraCare Plaza, 1900 CentraCare Circle in Saint Cloud, 56303.

From Interstate 94: Exit on Minnesota State Highway 15 towards Saint Cloud. Head north to County Road 120. Turn left on County Road 120, the left again into the CentraCare Health Plaza.
From Highway 10 heading South towards Saint Cloud, exit on Minnesota State Highway 15, then turn right on County Road 120, then turn left into the CentraCare Health Plaza.
From Highway 10 heading North towards Saint Cloud, or from Highway 23, take Highway 23 through downtown and take Minnesota State Highway 15 north to County Road 120. Turn left on County Road 120, then left again into the CentraCare Health Plaza.
